Custodian One (C1) Protective Services is the Group’s specialist security and protective-services division, responsible for safeguarding people, property, critical assets and operational environments across the portfolio. C1’s duties include manned guarding, access control, site and estate security, monitoring and response coordination, advanced surveillance technologies, drone and thermal capabilities, AI-enabled detection and tracking, and specialist VVIP protection. Its role is to provide a consistent, professional security framework across Group projects while integrating experienced personnel with modern technology to reduce risk, protect continuity and support safe operations.
